User Agreement – RealMeet India
This User Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to all individuals or businesses (“Client”, “User”, “Lister”) who publish profiles, advertisements, listings, or content on RealMeet India (realmeetindia.in), including paid profile placements or rentals.
1. Platform Nature
RealMeet India is a classifieds and social-connection listing platform. It does NOT provide escorting, dating services, or physical meetings.
Clients rent listing space to showcase their profile for general companionship, conversations, dating-interest and legal social interactions between consenting adults.
2. No Illegal or Sexual Services
Clients must not post:
- Escort or call girl services
- Paid sexual services or rate cards
- Hotel/home sexual meeting offers
- Explicit adult images
- Human trafficking or coercive services
Violation leads to instant removal of the listing without refund and may be reported to authorities if required by law.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Post truthful and non-explicit photos
- Not mislead or scam users
- Take full responsibility for offline interactions
- Not represent RealMeet India as their agent or booking manager
4. Payment & Rentals
Payments made for profile listing or promotion are solely for the visibility of the profile on the website.
- No commission or booking fees are charged by us
- No guarantee of responses or traffic is provided
- No refund is issued if the listing is removed for illegal content
5. Intermediary Protection
RealMeet India operates as an intermediary under Section 79 of the Indian IT Act. We do not control or endorse user content.
Upon receiving legal notice or complaints, we may remove content within 36 hours.
